Veterans Affairs Disability Benefits

If you are a military veteran with a service-related disability, you may qualify for monthly VA disability benefits. These benefits are paid to veterans who have injuries or diseases that happened while on active duty or were aggravated during active military service.

You must fall under three qualifications:

  • You have a current, medically diagnosed disability

  • You must have a disease, injury or event while serving in the military

  • The current disability must be related to the precipitating disease, injury or event from the time of service

Been Denied?

You have the right to reopen a claim that has already been denied by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. With my help, we will gather new documents and evidence showing your claim should be granted.

Why hire an attorney?

Having an experienced attorney on your side helps ensure the claim is properly supported by evidence so that the claim can be appealed, if necessary.
